The audio recording of a telephone conversation between a teacher and a student who would like to obtain a Master at all costs has been widely exchanged on social networks and because the teacher is expected to assure his interlocutor that he will pass all the exams, written and oral, and graduate with honors.
According to the recording, the teacher, a certain Youssef, whose words are more like those of a commercial marketer than a university teacher, offered to the student to enroll for his master’s degree in one of the legal branches of the university. “In order to preserve the reputation of the Moroccan University in all its components and in order to protect the credibility of its diplomas, the file (relating to this case) has been forwarded to the competent services of the Ministry to investigate this case with a view to taking the appropriate decisions “.
